Eastpoint has developed a series of programmed maintenance scheduled to suit all type of air conditioning systems and associated plant equipment. To ensure your equipment is maintained at optimal levels. Regular service avoids any downtime due to system failures.

Most expensive breakdowns can be avoided with regular maintenance, increasing the longevity of your equipment. All maintenance is supported by our fast response breakdown service.

Maintenance service schedules can be monthly, quarterly, bi-monthly or even 6 monthly depending upon the type of equipment needing to be maintained and your budget.

Services include chemical treatment, cleaning and testing of water samples on all types of cooling towers. Ensuring that they meet Local Council & Australian standards.

All service agreements includes "no call out fee" on any breakdown service or repair.

Residential

Eastpoint also provides programmed maintenance services to residential homes and apartments. Your home air conditioning system should be serviced twice a year to preserve healthy operating conditions and ensuring the longevity of your investment.

Eastpoint recommends 1 x Summer and 1 x Winter service each year that will prevent any costly repairs and down time of your system when you need it most.

Our service agreement includes "priority service & no call out fees" on any breakdown service or repair.
